Improve the quality of earliest childhood care by increasing the skills and education level of Infant-Toddler teachers starting with the Child Development Associate (CDA) credential and going beyond.

Provide technical assistance to Infant-toddler teachers as they develop and implement their personalized professional development plan.

Support infant-toddler teachers by providing one-to-one guidance and advising through mentoring and coaching.
